  • How Do I Save and Upload My Tailor Brands Logo?

    1. Once you are done editing your logo, click the “Finish” button on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
    2. Next, choose a logo package based on your needs.

      - Your options include Basic (JPG and PNG files), Standard (JPG, PNG and EPS files), and Premium (all image files + additional marketing services).

    3. Once your payment is processed, you will receive your logo image files via email based on your selected logo package. Download the image file to your computer.
    4. Head to our free logo upload tool and click on the “Upload Logo” button which will open your device’s picture folder.
    5. Select your logo’s PNG image file type (you may need to extract the file from a .zip folder).

      - Make sure your PNG file is transparent, at least 3000 pixels wide, and has a maximum file size of 2 MB.

  • How Do I Save and Upload My Fiverr Logo?

    1. After you tell your freelance logo designer that you are satisfied with your new logo, they will send you the final image files via email.

      - Ensure that they will be sending you a transparent PNG image file. If not, you may need to upgrade your package.

    2. Open the email and download the logo image files to your device.

      - If you receive a .zip file, you will need to unzip the file in order to access the logos images.

    3. Head to our free logo upload tool and click on the “Upload Logo” button which will open your device’s picture folder.
    4. Select your logo’s PNG image file type

      - Make sure your PNG file is transparent, at least 3000 pixels wide, and has a maximum file size of 2 MB.
